Submitting an order

An order form is received as pending. It is not confirmed until Karu reviews the submitted details and verifies the payment proof. Product availability and fulfillment options may change before confirmation.

Prices and café orders

Retail prices are shown on product pages. Café and wholesale pricing is by inquiry — DM @karu.matcha on Instagram or Karu's other socials. Contact Karu if you need to confirm eligibility or ordering details.

Payment and fulfillment

Payment is made through the bank or e-wallet options shown during checkout. Pickup or partner delivery options are confirmed directly for the current Cebu order.
