How fulfillment works

  1. Choose your matcha or hojicha and add it to the cart.
  2. Select the available fulfillment option at checkout.
  3. Submit payment proof with the order form.
  4. Wait for Karu to verify the order and confirm the current pickup or partner delivery details.
